In the client-supplier relationship, COMSS focuses on the partnership aspect whereby effective technical back-up is provided right from the time when the machines are selected to match the user’s actual production needs and objectives.
We study the best solution only after we have met the customer and checked how much space is available on their premises. Our offer is then presented together with a lay-out and further discussed.

Once the installation phase is completed, the commissioning can start together with the training session for the operator who will be responsible for operating the machine: all the functions will be shown as well as all respective commands using the use and maintenance manual supplied with the machine.

In case of malfunctioning of the machines, COMSS can ensure one of their technicians will reach the user within 24-48 hours depending on the distance to be travelled. Thanks to the optional modem device, the assistance department can carry out a first check-up directly from head office.
